RE:oil price doesn't seem to matterWhen Schaefer pumps, don't buy especially when his pumps are going out to the general public IMO.
Correct, early .90 cent investors been selling into the mid 2's and have probably participated in the most recent financing. 
Still confident with Management and their company building ways....Holding for the longterm.
