Primary Symbol: PSP

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Red Rocks Global Listed Private Equity Index. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities (including American depositary receipts (ADRs) and global depositary receipts (GDRs)) that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of securities, ADRs and GDRs of 40 to 75 private equity companies, including business development companies (BDCs), master limited partnerships (MLPs) and other vehicles.

It has cleaned up its balance sheet...JUST brought to market its next generation body armor and is already understood as the defact standard in wearable concealable body armor within the sector-from user reviews to complete sector analysis.

Average life cycle for protective armor runs 5yrs or less.

The sectors of Military and Policing and Government Offices be they ATF Border Control Sherifff CIA FBI etc etc-National Guard Coast Guard-are all big time customers from its domestic dominant market share in Canada down thru to the country of Mexico where PSP has outfitted the Presidential National Guard.

This is a value play and a growth play combined-in a sector simple to understand.
