The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

I think if we were getting the 2012 year end financials this week we would have seen a notice. My guess is that we won't see them until into April which seems a bit late. If that is the case I can't see why we can't have a production update this week. i know they mentioned 90 days on Curiara-1 from the spud Feb. 14th but I would guess in 39 days they would have reached their terminal depth (16,000'). Also the testing of La Casona-1 should be almost complete by now.
