In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE:RE:RE:PTA is in the CrosshairsStockmyster, 35 mil in debt is Canadian, which is 32 mil US. So after netting out the debt they have 95 - 32 = 63 mil net cash. Not bad for a company with a market cap under 160 mil. Also it's cash flow as well as cash. They have 500K cash daily coming in and only 1/3 to 1/2 of that is going out for cap-ex. The guidance was "baseline" guidance only excluding new wells. The company is in great shape to make any number of moves.
