The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Well Winter we will know who won

the bet at the close on Friday and find out who will no longer be posting to this board. It's not looking so good for you today. Don't get me wrong. I hope PTA share price starts to climb but your relentless pumping won't be missed. Mrpanick you're another one. If I win the bet with winter I will make that same bet with you. You seem to be pumping this take out of SRN which will be completed by the end of June. If PTA closes at .35 or higher at the end of June I will stop posting here but if it doesn't then you no longer can post on this board. Deal? I know winter man'd up.
