The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:CI Financial Chairman: Buy NOW Energy Companies With No DebtDeadcow, was it you that said "some fund needs to stop selling"? you've got that right. Now ask yourself, why would they be selling at ultra-low prices? I'll tell you why, share consolidation, no new production (flat) or reserves brought on-line for 2015, spells less than 1.00/share (after the 10:1). Im telling you this is why we won't move. Oil could go back to 80/barrel, we wont break 0.20 cents. We are flat, and thats that. No rose coloured glasses, just realism. I wish some of you would understand this. I still have vested interest here, but worst is far from over.
