In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

manipulated this week is good way to put it. From Bloomberg, it says that the annual meeting is scheduled for Monday (April 4th 2011). The next 2 to 3 days will probably be the last great buying opportunity as much clarity should come out in the annual meeting on Monday and remember, this new management with loads of Columbian oil eperience is focused on Production unlike the previous management that was too taken up with Exploration.

I like production focused a lot better than exploration ffocused.
