In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. Call the company they should be able to tell you, if not I think its possible to get that information online, but not totally sure, as some of that type of information is dated... I think on one of the presentations, directors and officers owned 4.8 percent of the issued and outstanding.  It would be nice to see them own more or be on the buy side now, but on the other hand theres positives with that, in terms of takeover.. Sedi.ca has some information on it in terms of the largest holders, but the easiest bet is to just call the company, they should know who the largest holders are. In the meantime, i suspect we will test 25 cents again.. Hope that helps.
