The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Some questions from me here, always seem to be behind the proverbial curve. Looking for stock to go over 30 cents and stay there... volume not heavy yet...Id like to see what type of declines if any that we are experiencing at LM, so far so good.. I would assume at 99 percent completion it is possible that feed may be running through the facilities as we speak. Ingi, the facilities have capacity take on 40000 boes of fluid, we dont know if we can get more than 15k of crude is max or if 40k barrels of fluid is max.
