In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Curiara-1

The positive results from Curiara-1 however you interpret them are great news. We now have proven oil on 4 of our 7 blocks. Balay is a small addition of 200-300 BOPD but still a proven field with more potential. El Eden and El Porton have lots of potential. LLa-10 of which we hold 50 % should be interesting in Q4.

We cannot diminish the importance of a positive result from Curiara-1. If it had been bad news it would have had an adverse affect on the SP. Some are dissapointed with the upward movement of the SP today after this latest news but I will take it. Now we can focus on next weeks update on the production facility at LM. This will surely come from Parex as the operator.

Nice to see some volume today especially from Raymond James and Cannacord.
