Agreed with the doesnt matter about a rollback, just slicing the same pie in different ways, would still have the same market cap. So to me it is a non issue. I dont agree with financing at these prices to fund a discovery, as we are undervalued on fundamentals. ie. if third party buyout came to us, I am quite sure we would be looking at the 40s or so for a break up value. So not sure why you would finance at these prices? to support a discovery, wouldnt the discovery??? (not sure what block you might refer to) produce some kind of upward move in the price in itself? Do we not have about 1/3 of our present market cap just in cash alone. Add in the market value of the properties and you can see why I believe we are undervalued in a capital markets setting.
