RE:Just pointing outJust pointing out, you almost never want to be the acquiror of another company, perhaps moreso when you feel you are reasonably undervalued, as I believe we are here... Most important premise, is that when you acquire youll have to pay at least NAV, and probably a good portion, cash... which means you have to do a raise... So you would be issuing equity to buy another company at least close to NAV in value, where your own equity reflects a valuation which to me is reasonably less than NAV. Turn it around and you can see why you would want to be the one acquired.. still waiting for the close today.. would have liked to have seen around 30.. but maybe another day.
