In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

yes but...

the effect of the terminal value is totally despicable even with cash flows of only 3 years....you can check that out if compare with my first approach of the valuation.
the differences are marginables.

We may have a difference on "no growth" statement. growth in my model will be jumping from 6000 to 20000 boepd in 5 years and by the way taht is what I trully belive will happen.
