In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. Great number COCO, i posted it here about nine months ago...

My favorite number was 70 cents... But i did think it was going to have to happen via a hostile takeover,
as the market just doesnt give some companies their credit... Now keep in mind that was for about 7500 boes of production.... Anyways, interested to see how this trading of PMG will turn out on Monday. I will stay here for the longer term if I think we see a takeout within a year... One always has to readjust their financial perspective... I think we are likely getting reasonably close to 5 million cumulative barrels of production at Las Maracas... Thoughts coco..
