The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

where do people see this going?

I have read on here that the price will stay under .35 cents until after May 9th which is the expiry date for a pile of warrants. Besides La guiria 2 what other near term catalysts will result in any price apppreciation over .35 cents? Reserve report or next quarterly report? Not likely. Curiara production mid Q1. Still not likely. The price did stay above .35 for a couple of days? I hate the fact that all the insiders know ahead of time. Always buying and selling prior to news.
