RE:RE:PTA is in the CrosshairsIngiboy although I share in your frustration I am not sure about a take out. The shareprice keeps droping. If another company was kicking the tires don't you think their would be as least some volume to the positive side. Second Parex had their chance to take out PTA but they opted to get more land and why would they buy pta when pta is more than happy to JV their properties to them. Besides the land they got and are drilling have had way better results then the properties in pta's portfolio. I am tired of hearing that they have 100 million in cash. Are people forgetting they have 35 million in debt and are paying 4 million a year in interest. Are they not going to spend 50 plus million on capex? Unless pta pulls a rabbit out of their hat the only news releases on the horizon is the reserve report which I am begining to think won't be released until after May 9th and the year end report. Possibly production numbers from their one field but any add ons like la casona, curiria or rumi are so small that even the company said the LM field provides 95% of total production. Even management gave 5000 bpd guidance for 2014 which to me means that we will be producing below 5000 bpd as that is an average. Believe me I hope I am wrong. I was really hoping that crypto was going to get drilled but parex who is the operator has no timeline to drill this well except for in 2014. Heck even the .20 cent warrant holders are in no rush to buy the shares. The large bid @ .26 doesn't offer me any relief as that is another 7% drop.
