In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Suroco Shareholder Overhang

Since the suroco closing, best case scenario there have been around 100 million of the 250 million suroco shares sold. Until these weak holders are gone i wouldnt expect much price appreciation since the shareholder "cost" is about 36 cents. PTA will be a bargain for a bit longer i would think.

I bought half yesterday at 385. Would like to see the price action around the 36 cent area before i buy the other half?
