In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

I have to wonder why it is tanking.  Leaked news?  Some fund that perhaps saw the writing on the wall and knew they couldn't hold it with a sp below .10, so started unloading?   When funds run into these "Can't hold it below $x.xx per share" situations, and the stock is about to hit it, do they often have to dump at market when the minimum price gets there?   Just curious if anyone knows.

Curioius to see if it was ITG doing most of the selling today, or if that was just some random attempt to unload their millions before the close.  Can anyone post the stockwatch trades for the day, and maybe for the week?   Thanks in advance if you can.

Placed my 'bet' at .105 today.
