The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:RE:These disagreementPTA should have operating netbacks of about $25 based on $60 Brent (about the same as our Parex partner at Las Maras.  Assuming their 5,500 bopd guidance (which doesn't include exploration wells) is about right, that puts opreating cash flow at about:

365*$25*5500 = 50 mil.  Current enterprise value in USD is now about $55 mil.  55/50 = 1.1X

Still trying to talk the stock lower Mouserman and get cheap shares?  I expect you to announce you boiught shortly and suddenly change your tune (probably with another ID).  In fact after the US Petro America article caused a selloff, you claim to have traded it.  Better take the current entry point Mouserman.  I think it's probably the best you will get.
