The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

RE:RE:RE:Brent moving higher and PTA dropping.At the risk of incurring the wrath of the resident bullies,  I too have to agree at this point, $.40 would be very attractive. 
 All of us who have been here for years were elated to see the touch and go at $.44 last August. We had allusions of $.50 - .$.60.  As we languish at $.125, $.40 looks pretty good to me.  This company has been slammed with the drop in the price of oil.  As other companies have made slight recoveries in their share prices we have flatlined at this price for close to 4 months.  I hate to admit that barring some unforseen miracle it will be a long time before we see $.44 unless the company is merged or acquired.
