Perdi, despite your wishes otherwise, English is my 1st language; shows your bigotry, racial based slurs. Whether English is 1st language or not has NO bearing on the intelligence and brain functionality, which you display inferiority so obviously. See the MIC information in the Apr 14, 2015 AIF. Look at the Share based awards and also option based awards. In addition look at non-equity based compensation; $0 for long term, all are short term. Despite the severely deteriorating SP, their compensation more than doubled from base pay on DECLINING production! In 2013 their compensation was 5 times their base pay! In the absence of long term incentive, all they care about is fatten their paycheques in the short term. For such a small company, why is there a need for an Executive Chairman? Isn't there a conflict when Board members are influential in setting compensation as non-independent directors? From a governance perspective, when the Chairman is active as Chairman, non-executive, independent directors are "bullied" into voting for compensation plans. If they object, they are shown the door. I have mentioned being CFO in a number TSX companies as well as currently on Board and Audit Chair of a TSXV company.... PTA Board's and management practices are close to, if not, criminally violating. Go figure! Why don't you declare your PTA share holdings, average price and how many were given to you free to pump? In addition, your defense is always bits and pieces, trees from the forest opinion. Shallow thinking and dumbness does not make you a good investor, who should be both, objective and subjective. You are on my ignore list now. No use intelligently debating with you.
