In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Shlinker, I thought your were smarter than your comments suggest..... If PTA valuation is what GTE, experts, think they can succeed with, isn't it smart to accumulate GTE stocks? #1 it is cheaper than PTA stocks exchange ratio and #2, if GTE sees an upside on PTA acquisition i.e. single management, adjoining exploration lands, volume buying for transportation, drilling and services, wouldn't that give you a better return than PTA (and GTE) being on their own? Certainly great synergies here and it gets rid of the greedy management who line their pockets. I believe GTE's next target is CNE, with all the cash they have. They are debt free (after PTA acquisition) and have a $200 million credit facility. I will hold on to PTA, convert and also buy GTE in the meantime.
