Management

I am just continuing on my DD quest in this company. I bought a couple weeks ago... What I am wondering is whether the ones in the know here feel that they have the management here in place to take this to the next step. I mean if we are talking mega deals with huge companies, I hope we have the proper management in place to take us there. I have not met these guys personally just wondering what others opinions are of there backgrounds and how they figure they will fare in these sort of dealings.
