Was This A Stupid Question??

Was This A Stupid Question??Was this a stupid question??

I use TD. Assuming that this is the same person selling would that cost him $10 for evey trade?  Wouldn't that be a stupid thing to be doing? A large percentage is being eaten up on trading fees. TIA

Nobody replied to this post of mine about the person selling 500 shares many times in one day. The sale would be in the range of $35 but $9.99 would go to TD Waterhouse. Why would someone do that? Are they hell bent in keeping the price down that bad?
