Well Scary, I for one am not worried about the current price being maintained...although someone has been doing a heck of a job keeping us in the .40's for a couple weeks now. I'm seeing the exact same shenanigans with the market depth that we've been witnessing for weeks. We start around .40 and then small lots get dumped into the bid at intervals during the day, once the asks build up they buy into them at close. Call it "painting the tape" or whatever, but to me it looks like a very clever and cost effective way to "scare up" shares where there were none for sale previously. I'm wondering why someone/some people would go through all this manipulation to scoop up shares at this level, if the market is worried about bad news coming?

Fear of bad news usually creates selling in volume....which we haven't seen for a long time now...everyone is in "wait and see" mode if you ask me and like Fairchij said....why do you need two weeks of prep, with a BOD meeting to decide "what news can be shared with stock holders"....if it's bad news?
