Seems like bad decision making on their part if they knew this was going to fill so quickly based on the fact that they said they expect it to close in 2 weeks. I would have preferred if it was at 65-70 cents and take more time to close with a half warrant. With truly groundbreaking technology there should be no reason why it wouldn't get filled in those conditions. Something doesn't make sense.
