OPEL still rated a "buy"

 Well I'm not entirely convinced that T.A. is anything but reading tea leaves, but the argument between Kooter and 2gals made me curious....so I checked out barchart.com to see what they had to say about the current chart....looks like they think it's still a good time to buy Opel shares.
