Don't want to burst poor 2gals bubble here, but he knows this and doesn't ever mention it. You see, every company in every industry, puts a legal disclaimer at the bottom of ALL of their news releases. Go check any nr on stockhouse and look at the bottom of it. It was created by lawyers to protect the company in the event that any "forward looking statement" should not come to pass. The "company bashers" like 2gals would have you believe that this is significant and want you to focus on all of the things that MIGHT NOT happen.

 Whether or not POET is ever commercialized really has nothing to do with us at this point, the company has said they are attempting to sell the Poet tech a.k.a., the patents, which is why I'm hanging on to my shares until the endgame.

 There is no guarantee that OPEL will be sold, but I and many others on this board believe it will happen.
