I have got an immediate responses to a few e mails to her over 2 days.. Maybe she just happened to be at her desk those  days..A couple of years ago I could not  responses at all to 2 or 3 e mails.. I actually thought things had improved but I have not sent any e mails or tried to phone for a couple of months..
