Dr. Taylor discusses reaching 100m. My guess is that he is a scientist first so he publishes his work, i'm gonna assume at some point PTK should come up with a news release, someone want to contact IR to confirm.??
In the article he states and I quote
"When we started our development effort, we used a 1 μm gate
size, but more recently we have scaled to 100 nm. Currently
nFETs with an effective gate length of 0.6 μm and a cut-off
frequency of 42 GHz"
