RE:Slippery slope Yet another alias to put on ignore...Very sad when you have to create a new identity every few days because everyone puts you on ignore. There is a reason for that Trudy.
But since you are so concerned about my having a lunch meeting with Bob and another shareholder. I contacted Chris Chu two weeks ago to let him know that I would be having lunch with Bob McWhirter in order to provide him with the benefit of our due diligence.
Here is the email I sent to Chris
Hi Chris,
I had an interesting conversation with a POET share holder yesterday who is friends with Bob McWhirter. Bob had a very lukewarm response on BNN to the question of POET.

The gentleman I spoke to talked with Bob about his comments and enlightened him with some of the highlights of what the company is doing. Bob was not even aware that Ajit Manocha is on board. He wants to know more about POET. He has had some pretty good picks from what I can see and I am told he can move stocks. Anyway the guy I spoke to (who never posts on Agora or SH) but has contacted me in the past with gratitude has invited me to a lunch with Bob McWhirter (just the 3 of us). I haven’t decided yet to take him up on his offer but probably will as I think once Bob learns a little more about the company he will be on side. Thought you would be interested in just how much under the radar POET still is using Bob as an example of someone who is very much part of the high beta tech stock plays.
Chris responded with a very long email commenting on the difficult position the company is in regarding being on the verge of revenue generation (NRE...) but not being able to provide anything to the market until definitive deals could be announced.
In addition he said it was great news that I was going to have an opportunity to tell the POET story to Bob.
