RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Merger or buyoutThank you but I think you will find that retailers actually don't own the vast majority of shares.  I don't have the exact numbers but retailers would have to own over 100 million shares to be able to vote a buyout offer down. I don't think they are close to this number. Therefore despite the significant retail ownership any offer that would be acceptable to the institutional investors and company owners would out vote retailers. 

Dont get get me wrong I believe that $5/share would be an awful buyout value but if the big guys thought it was good it would happen whether we like it or not.
