The wife reads this forum. She will be surprised that I have posted here... YLH.
It appears that I am not well thought of by a quite a few people. It’s too bad because all I have ever wanted to do since I became interested in POET was to share any information I could to make people understand what a very unique situation POET is. It all goes back such a long time.
We were told about the meetings that would be hosted by POET at the UCONN pub by the bar maid. We heard about regular visits by Apple engineers to the lab. Was that BS? We started to think so until we were told that Tony Blevins was on the advisory board. Who was Tony Blevins?
So many early rumours were in fact based on substance. POET was for sale and I think P2 was part of that process for the board to understand what the value was for POET. Unfortunately at the time “the buyer did not agree”. It would have made it so much easier for so many of us us if the buyer had agreed.
And now we are where we are. Suresh has said that there is no successful licensing model without a successful product. A good licensing business always begins with a good product business. And really that is where we find ourselves today.
These are exciting times for POET shareholders. It may not feel like it but it is.
