RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:TICK TOCKAves in case you have not noticed a major sell off has occurred because the current management are providing full disclosure and are no longer providing forward looking statements. You have never understood what POET is. After all the time you have spent apparently invested you are no closer to understanding just how valuable this technology is. Is it in the right hands now? I think so. I came over here today to see where the source of that good due diligence was that Jamming posted. It apparently was not you.
The one thing I will give to fiveniner is that he is level headed and seems to march to his own drum. The problem with that drum is that even when he knows he out of sync he can't admit it.
Fiveniner has always been a contrarian even when it did not make sense. What I remember of him is that he was focused first of all on POET not actually having ownership of the technology. He continued to try and convince everyone that POETs actual rights to the technology were severely limited. He could not wrap his head around the fact that POET had negotiated early in its development when Geoff tendered his rights to the technology for shares in POET that a separate agreement had also occurred with UCONN. The boilerplate policy is for the division of royalty to UCONN as 33.3%. The actual agreement in place that was previously negotiated was for UCONN to own 5% of the royalties. PC renegotiated that agreement to 3% going to UCONN for as I recall 2 million shares.
Fiveniner has never admitted he was wrong. And he was wrong. To this day I don't think he would admit he was wrong.
Now Aves on the other hand you could never figure out which Aves would be on the forum because he was the worst of both worlds. The biggest pumper and the biggest basher and sometimes that transformation could occur within minutes. The bottom line is he will always be easy to identify because it is his nature to make highly irrational noise.
My visit is over.
