RE:What was Joel's name...?That was his name Joel! I asked the board a couple weeks ago forgot his name.  Yes the "pom pom"(I first used that term on Agoracom, caught on nicely, BJ wasn't happen though) gang was ALL over him and it turns out he was spot on! Joel the oracle, wish I'd listened, instead....
