Yes I was curious too. The post had been removed before I say It. I asked the forum and the reply was that he had posted that he had heard tell that the R/S would be from 10:1 to 14:1. Stan said he had heard it from a broker.
Complaints were made that Stan had only joined recently and could not substatiate his claim.
Poet's CFO Thomas Mika then announced on the forum that in fact the R/S would be from 2:1 to 14:1.
Stan got wrong, part wrong anyways.
