easiest way to do it, its files for Bankruptcy and then sell the assets for nothing to a tier. No need for SH to vote for anything. Plenty of company has done it in the past. They nee to get financing done fast. Silence means they have probably an offer on the table for the next financing but at much lower price. So they keep the best news for after the PP. If they are lucky I would say 2$. Just look at Kore Gold how bad the market is... SP was at 10 cents and they finance at 1 cent. Really bad. Hope for the best
