RE:RE:this year's AGM

RE:RE:this year's AGMAll of what you just burped is nonsense and reeks of deception ,if not desperation..
The NDA  bc is long to the tooth. The company has been using that excuse for years..While some agreements may in fact be under NDA's .I remember at one point, Mika having to walk back a statement  stating that they have hundreds of NDA's..He must have been  including the postman, the janitor and the meter reader..lol
.I'm sure they must have NDA on all those signed  contracts that they promised and are unable to disclose to the public..Realy now?
It really is amazing at the level of naivety displayed by bagholders as they  buy into their paltering, line hook and Sinker..imo
But do carry on please...lmso

So saying they "have to" implies that management has weak character in being present with shareholders --- that is, in my opinion, exaggerated negative rhetoric for the benefit of negative and excessive bashing. Video conferencing is a cheaper and simpler way to bring people together (from all around the world). Aren't Poet's offices located around the world?

In my opinion, even in-person, management has a certain time limit in which to respond to questions. If the questions relate to information under NDA, they could not answer them anyway. So in-person or through video conferencing the result would not be any different. Futhermore, if any shareholders wish to be spoken to privately or by email to management, which is the other way, to see if your question can be answered, they wiill most certainly do that as it is in both parties interest. Where the line will be drawn is when any question cannot be answered due to NDA constraints, security laws (disclosure), corporate secrets in process (protected to benefit all shareholders) or peronal biased rhetoric thrown at management where the biased questions are based emotion or alterior motives and not on fact--- all above in my opinion, of course.

SH should demand  well ahead of time requesting an in-peron AGM meeting for this year.
Provided ,of course that they havent filed for bankrupcy by then..JMO
