Problem Number TREE,Poet's product has failed to gain acceptance in the industry.
Problem Number FOUR,they are Broke,maybe just enough cash to pay their meager salaties for another couple of months..

Yeah, we have known that for a while now.

The sales fiasco surfaced with the US Tier1 fiasco. First happy announcemets, then nothing. No follow through. Then mini pivot. Every time same thing. Announcements. Then nothing. Cannot close the deal. No matter what they make.
