That's why I kept reminding you of the elephant in the room. I knew they would have to raise cash eventually. Do I wish it didn't have to happen? Of course! But unless Suresh is buying Poet lottery tickets, and they win, it would come with dilution. I also wish it could have occurred at a much higher price. If management would buy PTK on the open market, I believe it could have. But they won't. At least this financing is much better than the last. One other thing I forgot to mention. The acceleration clause gives me a whole lot of confidence as to where mgt thinks the sp is heading and the investor also, since he agreed to it.

Yes, the PP needs to close first, BUT we will probably see Poet at around $1.50 before (if) any R/S. In fact, probably even higher. Remember, the R/S is only a tool if management needs it to get on the Nasdaq or it might also depend on what any new large entities might want before they even throw much larger piles of cash at Poet???
