(Memorandum Of Understanding)MOU's are contracts too.
It says we talked we agreed to a best efforts contract.
If after trying hard, we come to the end of the road. C'est la vie.
Sometimes an announcement is just a announcement. A contract to try. Ok, we tried. Remember the NA Tier1?
