I like the wording in this article as it helps, non-techies, laypeople gain an understanding of what Poet does and is doing.

Non techies understand Zero Sales! No explanation required. Even for Waren Buffet that is a no no. A tech industry article for non techies? OK. The whole internet and AI is running on Poet? Zero sales. Or are the sales covered by the NDA's too now?

that pretty well says it all.. the article waves a big red flag.The possibility of Poet becoming insolvent are very Real,as I have been warning all along.they are likely down to 2-3 mos of cash left by now and the ATM seems to have proved to turn a out complete a flop.there  seems to be No Demand for POET shears..not even at the current bargain basement price. thank you Gilber,for pasting

That explains the breakout sell signal in case Poet breaks out of the $3 level limit of the trading range. Not a load up the truck with cheapies. Also it might be the lowest risk time to short.
