Everybuddy should be at least at Break even, in just 3 years..
At least they aknowledge the many setbacks.Plus been exactly 4 weeks since they announced the mysterious financing and Not a word for management.Looks like POET's Woes are just beginning.They hanging on by the seat of their pants..lol..

Q3 showed no revenues and we expect no revenues again in Q4. While we still expect NREs to be generated going forward from customers other than Celestial AI (who has moved to the product stage) none will be booked in Q4. We now expect POET (NASDAQ:POET) to start selling Interposer wafers in volume to SPX in Q1’24. Celestial AI will begin to take in completed light source modules toward the end of 2024. POET is about to send Celestial AI alpha samples of a new design it requested. Celestial AI is working with Samsung to design light-enabled memory drives for AI applications. POET is talking to all of the other AI hardware players including Lightelligence in China, Light Matter, and Ayar Labs.

$5.60 is present value of a $12.35 value on 2026. (Discount rate at 30%)

It is without exaggeration, simply astonishing that there are shareholders who will still be underwater after 20 years, even if PTK hits the $12 target in 2026.

Shareholders are hoping at least that first and last months rent was paid up front, meaning they have another month of runway to nail down the transformative financing that will be needed to take them to positive cash flow in mid-late 2025.
