Licensing
Just what the hell is to be licensed? Won't licensing cannabalize sales of OIs, OEs and modules? Or will licensing be for only certain geographical areas like China?

I guess licensing is a pivot from making OIs/OEs/modules. Licensing means they can lay off the sales dept as well as the finance dept.

Regardless what you do, you need competent management. Without nothing works. Fe licensing requires you to police the IP. A totally different skill set. This crew has failed. They can pivot or pirouette, but the problem remains, incompetent.

Licensing means upfront payments now and recurring royalties later. Upfront payments will sustain the co. while licensee takes its sweet time to design, make and sell modules.
