It would seem that rather than criticizing Winter for repeating the same phrase repititiously (ie. 90% haircut) but rather to understand that this may be a form of mental disorder called ECHOLALIA from the Greek "echo" and "lalia" which means reptitios speech.  It might be some has no control over so therefore demands our compassion and understanding.

Hey it is great to chit chat with you about Poet. You have so much patience with failing stocks. I would like to know what the secret is behind dealing with disastrous companies. I don't think this is a failed company.  There has been a number of pivots and screw ups along the way but in light of the recent involvement with increasing institutional and insider participation something is up. The chart is confirming the establishment of a new baseline and in spite of the extra dilution the company is not going under.  I trade on intuition based on a number of

I am sorry but a base after a 90% decline with ten times as much dilution compared with the higher levels. That is nothing to write home about. That is pretty much total failure without going bancrupt. Sorry, but these are not good things. The only good news is Poet did not go bancrupt and sell the pieces like Rockley. We all have different tolerance levels to risk.  Poet is in a highly competitive and ever changing environment.  No company has persevered without making mistakes along the way.  Poet is no different.  I have learned from investing in more than a few failed companies when it's time to get out.  This company in my opinion is in a better position than it ever has been to

Yeah, its fine. You can bring in all the lipstick in the world, but it will not change a single bit. What we need is a management that can handle a stock traded company. Assuming the tech is OK, management lost a lot of marketvalue. The financing was mishandled big time. Management needs to take measures. I survived a 100% haircut with Bre-x and Rex Diamond (RXD. TSE) back in the late 90's and came out ahead with both stocks.  Poet's gyrations are like riding a coin operated bucking bronco in a shopping mall compared to those two.  Your 90% haircut means nothing to me.
