When Poet had tanked 90% earlier this year from the Position Of Strength where insiders sold. The CEO remarked POET is right on track. So, I can only guess it is all according to a plan we do not know. But it must include an option repricing. Sometimes when things go we do not like that does not mean it was not the plan. It just means the plan is not to our advantage.

Likely because smart money which participates in these types of financings would never have paid those sort of prices. The smart money waits for very low prices. Some would call it strategic. Lmso

This simply will not happen. In fact has a better chance of going to $8 now that market has awarded POET "BEST Optical A.I. Solution" in 2024 AI Breakthrough Awards Program. The has woke up why do you think POET is up by more than 200% YTD. Gilver some investors get it right & some wish to short which is a very bad idea. Proof is in the pudding as they say.
