I think this is good news, I hope they receive an offer close to the book value of
.96/share based on the PDP reserves. The Trinidad deep exploration can only add upside value.

Let's keep our fingers crossed for a higher sp.

if you read between the lines(imho) looks like ptt wants out from under touchstone(v.tab).ptt sounded testy when tab aquired ownership way back when so maybe finally came to a head and they want to do something before the jv with parex gets further along. a number of ways to get out and seems ptt outlined them all. shareholders here might be the innocent victims of some corporate b***h slapping.i ...more

Funny they used Peters & Co as their advisers. Peters just dumped a whack of TAB.v. Not sure what to make of that.  Opinions anyone.
