hey   maybe PTU  is being lowered to put a REAL  CHEAP  financing threw....like say  at  3 cents...200 million shares  at  2  or 3 cents....lol.        come on   1.3 mil at 4 1/2 cemts    this is to high for this pig....                 it would be a record volume....LOOSER   vollume...but volume  NON  THE  LESS.

Even the GIANTS are down Cameco...lost almost 5 bucks....looks like profit taking before the next rally.
