RE: RE: RE: No Critical Information in Circular.

RE: RE: RE: No Critical Information in Circular.I am not sure what you mean by "hooked" but there are reasons thatcompanies do not put out news that is considered "material" to them. For a company the size of PXM and BUK any successful well would, in myopinion, be material.  However, there are exemptions to releasing suchnews and I expect that they currently fall under one of thoseexemptions.

And I doubt very much that you have ever seen an AGM circular whichprovides any news which has not already been made available to thepublic at large.  New releases are for everyone - not just shareholders.

We already know how much money they have:  they have enough to handlethe 10 well program which is currently underway and then they won't havea whole lot left.

Any comment on another financing will be relatively general.  They arenegotiating, and have been for a while, regarding a pipeline deal.  Thatisn't news and they certainly won't provide any specifics until a dealis done.

AGM's are renowned for generalities because of the rules that publiccompanies must follow.  As shareholder's we aren't entitled to know anymore than non shareholder's.
