a serious take-over target

a serious take-over target

After some extensive DD (and, thanks to the contributors on this forum) ,  I believe PYN will be scooped up sometime this year.  I think INT would love them, but can they afford it ?   Most likely a suitor with bigger pockets will grab em.   Maybe even Yelp or Foursquare.

Question is,  at what valuation.     Two analysts have targets off 55cents and $1.15, and I certainly see PYN going at this upper threshhold or higher.

I don't think investors have understood the huge impact that the Samsung and India preloads are going to be.    Unique users are going to go thru the roof.   I also believe that other deals are going to be announced this quarter.

This stock is an absolute steal, IMHO.
